The complex is situated only a minute drive from Xenia Palace Portaria Hotel and 2 minutes from the centre of Portaria Village. In a land of 3500m2, 14 independent two storey houses are constructed. Each property has its own land, of stone paths and garden. Constructed by using the best quality materials and the craftsmanship of Pelion workforce, it has roofs made from pelion stone, bedroom floors, windows and doors from wood and each house has independent heating and fireplace. The outside walls are covered with stone and the design is coordinated with the whole Pelion unique architecture.
